Privacy Policy — Clara Concierge

Clara Concierge ("Clara", "the App") is a digital concierge service that answers customer messages on behalf of the businesses that use it, on channels such as website chat, Facebook Messenger, Instagram Direct and email. This policy describes what data the App processes and how.

1. Data we process

When you message a business served by Clara, the App processes: the content of your message, your platform identifier (for example your Facebook or Instagram user ID, or your email address) and the conversation context needed to reply. We do not request or collect passwords, payment details or government identifiers.

2. How we use the data

Messages are used solely to generate a helpful reply on behalf of the business you contacted (for example answering questions about menu, opening hours or services, or taking a booking request). We do not sell data, we do not use it for advertising, and we do not share it with third parties other than the infrastructure providers below.

3. Storage and retention

Short-term conversation context is retained for up to 1 hour to keep replies coherent, then deleted automatically. Message delivery is handled by Meta Platforms (for Messenger/Instagram) and our hosting provider Cloudflare. Email replies are stored in the business's own mailbox, like any regular email correspondence.

4. Data deletion

Conversation context deletes itself automatically within 1 hour. To request deletion of any data related to your conversations, email contact@senyatechx.com with the platform and account you used; we will confirm deletion within 30 days.

5. Terms of service

The App is provided "as is" to businesses that contract Senyatechx. Clara answers based on information provided by each business; for binding confirmations (orders, payments, contracts) the business's staff remains responsible. Questions: contact@senyatechx.com.

7. Cookies & analytics

senyatechx.com and senyatechx.fr use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Ltd.) only after you click "Accept" in the cookie banner. Until then no analytics cookie is set (Google Consent Mode v2, default "denied"). If you accept, Google sets the cookies _ga and _ga_* (retained for up to 2 years) to measure visits in aggregate; IP addresses are anonymised. You can change or withdraw your choice at any time from the Cookie settings link in the footer.

Clara voice & chat widget (ElevenLabs). The Clara widget on the homepage is provided by ElevenLabs Inc. (USA). Its code is loaded from unpkg.com at your first interaction with the page (or shortly after the page has finished loading) and it connects to api.us.elevenlabs.io only when you start a conversation. The audio and text you send to Clara are processed by ElevenLabs Inc. in the United States, on the basis of the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses, solely to generate Clara's reply. Use of the microphone is always started by you and can be stopped at any time.

WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, Telegram, phone. These are external contact channels. When you use them, the privacy policy of the respective service (Meta Platforms, Telegram, your telephone operator) applies.

Under the GDPR you have the right of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability and objection, and the right to withdraw consent at any time. You may also lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority, ANSPDCP (Autoritatea Națională de Supraveghere a Prelucrării Datelor cu Caracter Personal) — dataprotection.ro — or with the supervisory authority of your country of residence.
